Dsm is a global community with a large foreign-born population and the partnership cultivates and reaches this segment through programming, studies and collaborative efforts. The partnership convenes local stakeholders including employers, governments, nonprofits and elected officials and the organization is uniquely positioned to lead the dsm community to talent development solutions. This work leads to economic growth and prosperity, both for businesses and people at all levels of their careers. The partnership through its visionary model is aligned with chambers of commerce in the region resulting in more than 7,200 member organizations. It offers numerous educational and professional development opportunities to help startups and small businesses grow, as well as a formal business accelerator and incubator programs. Its talent development and education efforts connect employers and prospects across several employment sectors and adds value through increased programming and career development connections.
