The corporation will (at no profit) build, renovate, repair, and sell homes to qualified underpriviledged or underserved individuals and families in the greater metropolitan detroit area. The corporation may, from time to time, provide financing at or below maraket interest rates until such time as the buyer has built sufficient credit and/or equity to refinance with a conventional lender.
