Program Two: Healthy Mothers, Strong Families This program empowers mothers with knowledge, skills, and community connections to improve maternal and child health outcomes. Classes include prenatal and postnatal care, CPR and infant safety, nutrition education, and parenting skills. Participants receive peer support, access to local health resources, and guidance in building strong family support systems. The program reduces preventable health risks, increases breastfeeding rates, and strengthens parentchild bonds.

Program Three: Veterans & Elderly Wellness Initiative Provides monthly wellness sessions, benefits navigation, and resource distribution for seniors and veterans. Activities include chair exercise, chronic disease prevention education, social engagement, and mental health support. The program reduces isolation, improves health outcomes, and connects participants with essential services.
