Greater Fairbanks Chamber Of Commerce

GOLDEN DAYS - This community event pays tribute to the Pioneer Days of Fairbanks, and honors some of Fairbanks' historical residents. Golden Days activities include a street fair, the annual rubber duckie race, and the Golden Days Parade.

RECOGNITION: The Chamber honors excellence in the community in volunteerism, education and business leadership. Additionally, the Chamber's annual Military Appreciation Banquet honors military personnel from Interior Alaska who have been honored for their excellence, leadership, and commitment in service to our armed forces. Civilians in the community host military couples and single soldiers/airmen for an evening of dinner and an awards ceremony.
