We also operate the habitat restore, which is a funding arm to our affiliate. This store is comprised of donated building materials. The items are donated by the public and the products include doors, windows, appliances, light fixtures, nuts, bolts, tools, and furniture. It is also a recycling center, where items we can't sell are disassembled, recycled and sold as scrap. Profits from the restore go towards building habitat homes for qualified families. We also divert waste products from the landfills and encourage a theme of recycling in our philosophy.
