Celebrated an annual members appreciation day for all our members and families Expenses $2,111 Held numerous cookouts for members: Memorial Day Expenses $216 July 4th Expenses $471 and Labor Day Expenses $296. Also provided a free sit-down meal for members on St Patricks Day Expenses $1,586. For the children of members we held an Easter egg hunt $128 expense a Halloween costume party meal $234 expense a pumpkin carving event w games and food $227 expense and a Kids Christmas party with Santa and free gifts $1,375 Expenses. Awarded 8 scholarships $2,850 expense to members children to further their education in undergraduate programs. A buffet breakfast was provided for the recipients and their families Expense $210.

Offered at no cost the use of our facilitys meeting rooms function hall and kitchen to various local Polish Organizations and neighborhood groups The groups users and frequency are as follows: 10 dates to the Polish American Veterans of Lowell for their monthly organization and planning meetings; multiple dates for the Lowell Polish Cultural Committee 3 dates for organizational meetings 8 dates for planning their Annual Lowell Folk Festival 5 dates to prepare food for the Folk Festival; 3 dates to the Holy Trinity Polish Church for their for planning meetings 9 dates to various members to hold celebrate-of-life occasions for lost family members 8 dates to the Centerville Neighborhood Action Group for their organization meetings. Forty-seven 47 total dates. Total expense for setup and cleanup $3,725.
