Greater Luna County Economic Opportunity Council

To encourage economic development opportunities in luna county, new mexico. This will be accomplished through a program of organization, promotion, design and economic revitalization. We will receive, distribute and administer funds in connection with these activities to benefit the economic and social welfare of the residents of luna county. We shall neither have nor exercise power, nor ingage directly or indirectly in any activity that would invalidate its status as a corporation that is exempt from federal income tax as an organization described in section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code .
