Annual dinner - a semi formal event where community partners, the chamber membership, and their guests reflect on the past year at the chamber and celebrate our 'of the year' award honorees that spotlight leadership, community enrichment, dedication to our region, and future vision and development: distinguished member, distinguished business, citizen of the year, young professional leadership, lifetime achievement, and award of excellence.

Leadership marion - our apogee professional development event is where innovation, imagination, and resourcefulness converge to propel our region forward. Our commitment to learning and leadership shapes the work environment we aspire to be a part of --- one that is welcoming, innovative, and supportive of growth. This event ususally takes place in the fall with supportive potential quarterly programming. The audience is youth in leadership and working adults.
