Emergency preparedness for nursing facilities (emergency preparedness): this project's goal is to conduct outreach to all nyc-based nursing facilities and support their emergency preparedness capabilities, including communications and situational awarness. Healthcare coalition development, staffing needs, education, and training.

Career pathways training program (chwd training): this program is a workforce initiative under new york state's section 1115 medicaid waiver, which aims to train and retrain new yorkers in 13 different health care titles that are experiencing workforce shortages. The program funds tuition and program fees for educational programs, support services, as well as recruitment and outreach efforts.
