Our rep-payee program helps individuals budget & pay monthly bills on time, resulting in quality financial management on the consumer's behalf. Client satisfaction activities is designed to ascertain the satisfaction of mental health consumers with mental health services they are receiving through face to face interviews and mail surveys. See additional information on schedule o. Our peer support program is based on the age-old tradition of peer mentoring, eligible individuals - referred to as "peers" - who need additional support in their mental health recovery are matched with consumers who have completed state accredited certification. By setting and meeting personal goals, peers become a model of mental illness recovery and may enjoy healthier and more productive lives.our guardianship/poa/rep payee services are ordered the berks county orphans court either through referrals by berks county area agency on aging or private attorneys. Our agency has national certified guardians who work directly with families and those who are found to be incapacitated and no longer able to make their own decisions. Our loss team is a local outreach to suicide survivors which is a team of volunteers who lost a loved one to suicide. The team responds to the scene of a suicide to provide critical, immediate support for those left behind.
