The corporation is established to provide a common platform for all nepali oriental knowledges and philosophy to congregate culturally, socially, spiritually and religiously, on the foundation of hinduism and buddhism faiths, to promote and preserve nepali cultural heritage, to strengthen social and religious harmony among different faiths of nepal. Notwithstanding any provision of these bylaws, any undesirable influence and imposition his/her ideas or thoughts on the basis of political, religious grounds or any other narrow and destructive activities will be prohibited.
