Sepcifically, diverse neighborhoods in the area, such as mount pleasant, adams morgan, columbia heights, corridors in wards 4 and 5 and the adjacent counties are undergoing transformations which business owners are not easily adjusting to.
Dhcbx - to improve business needs assessment services. To assess the needs of business owners operating within ward 6 of the district of columbia. This program includes indentifying challenges to, and opportunities for sustaining and expanding local businesses and identifiying services that could be made available to address the needs of business owners.
