Community Service Block Grants-Transitional Jobs Program have been developed in partnership with local industry and continuosly updated by community business leaders to ensure that the skills participants develop in class are marketable and meet current industry standards. Community Development Block Grant Program - is designed to provide a broad array of education and workforce development services through the Vocational Training Unit.
