Greek Heritage Society Of Southern California

To organize, plan and execute various means of preserving and making available the history of greek immigrants and their families through the use of various methods including oral and video histories and written transcripts. Photographs and other important data such as artifacts, letters, and documents will be collected and preserved for the archives. Media presentations such as documentaries and other forms of communicating this information will be developed for use in the classroom. Educational materials will be developed for television. Written and audio visual material will be made available to organizations and individuals interested in learning about and preserving the cultural and traditional history of such greek immigrants.
