The organization has a two year contract with the city of beverly to provide home/building energy efficiency coaching to homeowners, landlords, and building owners. The project involves researching building owners, performing outreach to the building owners, and coaching them on the benefits of the masssave program. The beneficiaries are the building owners in beverly.

Creation of a plan on how to accelerate multi-family energy efficiency in the low-income neighborhoods. The plan will cover messaging, outreach, financial incentives, technology options, and coaching. This is currently funded by mass cec who will share as a beneficiary and will be able to disseminate to other communities.
