Green Grove Mennonite Fellowship Center Inc

This corporation is formed and shall be operated exclusively for "charitable," "religious- and "educational" purposes as those terms are defined within the meaning of the internal revenue code of 1986 (or the corresponsing section of any future internal revenue law of the united states) as now enacted or as may be herafter amended; to advance the religious beliefs, cultural traditions and lifestyle of the weaverland conference mennonite church by constructing and maintaining a fellowship center to be ussed for funerals, weddings, banquets and other social and religious gatherings by members for the mennonite church and to engage in other lawful activities, in each instance as may be approved by the board of directors consistent with maintaing the 501(c)(3) irs tax exempt status.
