Earth Day program. Enjoy live music and great food while learning about all the ways you can make a difference. Learn about going solar, electric vehicles, insulating your home, starting composting, and much more.
Continue the program, which began in 2015, to complete 1,000 Mass Save Home Energy Assessments for residents of the City of Newton. The goal was surpassed in October 2016.
Support for/collaboration with Newton Solar initiatives to assist residents of Newton with the education and installation of rooftop solar arrays.
House Party - where neighbors and friends join together in an event focused on greening your home. Topics covered include: benefits of solar, heat pumps, insulation, and EV's. Where to start your project and helpful resources that are available. How a sustainable home saves you money. And learn about available rebates and programs.
