Green Tape Foundation

The Foundation is organized exclusively for charitable, educational, and scientific, and purposes, each within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, including for such purposes, but not limited to, promoting the delivery of charitable health services and providing financial assistance to patients in need for the benefit of the community and the public.
