The C5L program is a two year national fellowship program. The program offers six 3-day cohort sessions over two years that cover core competencies of successful CMO CEO's and other executives. All fellows in the program receive intensive leadership coaching.
The C6 program is a two year national fellowship program that offers eight 3-day cohort sessions over two years that cover core competencies for successful Charter Management Organization (CMO) CEO's and other executives including strategic management, organizational direction-setting; diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) curriculum; and leading and developing others.
The C2/C3 program is a two year regional fellowship program. The program offers ten 3-day cohort sessions over two years that cover core competencies of successful CMO CEO's and other executives including strategic management, organizational direction-setting, DEI curriculum, and leading and developing others.
