To purchase any and all necessary personal property including but not limited to the fire fighting euipment of every kind and nature for the purpose of extinguishing fire, protective clothing, mechanical equipment and supplies, mechanical devices and any and all personal property necessary for the poretection of the life and property of the residents of lake township and the members of this corporation.

To acquire by lease or purchase such real property as may be necessary and proper for storage of fire trucks, fire fighting equipment, necessary office space and space for meetings and any devices used in and for the protection of life and property of the residents of lake towhnship and the members of this corporation.
