Greenwood Community Theatre Inc

With the help of multiple grants and contributions from the general public, the theatre replicates a national program called the penguin project. This program provides a supportive environment for children with disabilities to express their creative talent by preparing for and performing a modified version of a broadway musical. A few of the previous productions include annie jr., aladdin jr., and the lion king jr. For the 2024 season the penguin project presented winnie the pooh.

Each summer the greenwood community theatre puts on workshops. These workshops provide educational opportunities to the youth of greenwood and the surrounding counties.
