Provide assistance to owners and owner's agents of racing greyhounds or qualified greyhound adoption groups to help offset costs and ensure proper veterinary care of injured or sick greyhound dogs and would otherwise not be assisted due to limited resources. It will offer asistance facilitating transportation of retired racing greyhound dogs to qualified greyhound adoption groups or hold greyhounds for later placements into qualified adoptive homes.
