Groton Baseball Softball Foundation

This organization is organized exclusively for the educational, civic, and cultural purpose of supporting an promoting youth baseball and softball under internal revenue code 501 (c) (3), or the corresponding section of any future tax code. No earnings of the corporation may inure to any shareholder or member. This corporation may not attempt to influence legislation as a substantial part of its activities and may not participate in any campaign activities for or agains polictical candidates.
