Ground Floor Collective, based in Texarkana, TX, is a nonprofit organization dedicated to finding creative solutions to complex problems. GFC was founded with a mission to unite and empower communities by providing the essential resources and knowledge needed to tackle complex societal issues. We envision a future where poverty is no longer a barrier to individual potential, well-being, and thriving communities. Our purpose is to unite community members, non-profits, businesses and government agencies, leveraging their combined expertise and resources to create comprehensive, sustainable solutions tailored to the unique needs of the community we serve.
