Green team: the green team trains high school students for employment in fields such as landscaping, park maintenance and city services. By working directly to improve and care for trails, parks, and public spaces, participants develop practical job skills and gain experience that prepares them for future careers in public works and related industries.

Csn: in collaboration with city officials and local organizations, we form neighborhood advisory groups (cags) to help address recurring issues such as heat and flooding, build local capacity, and support practical solutions related to public safety, emergency preparedness, and infrastructure maintenance.
