Mental health and/or personal maturity is the mission of the grow program. It is to practice our proven methods and understanding of mental health recovery, personal growth, and prevention within our weekly groups and caring and sharing community; to encourage, animate and activate others to participate in our hopeful processes of change and mutual education; to take personal responsibility for changing ourselves first; and to contribute effectively to the world of mental health care.
