Talent initiatives focus on growing, retaining and attracting talent and educating our current community members to ensure a competitive future workforce for topeka and shawnee county. We develop and grow partnerships between community members, businesses, and schools, from early childhood education to post-secondary institutions; ensuring that education and training providers are well-aligned and have the resources they need to prepare the community's residents of all ages for college and careers.
