The purpose of this corporation shall be to educate the community and area businesses on historic commercial preservation, to promote an interest in the history and architectural integrity and preservation of grundy center, iowa, to provide design assistance, business restructuring assistance, and to organize community volunteers in the furtherance of these goals so as to foster excellence in all aspects of the main street grundy center.
