GNOSC shall be a nonprofit and social organization. The GNOSC rallying call is Connecting to support the spouse. This shall be achieved by creating social opportunities to promote friendship within the island-wide Sea Services community and by facilitating information sharing between individuals, command level spouses clubs, and other organizations. At the discretion of the Executive Board, GNOSC may engage in selected charitable activities. The GNOSC Charitable Giving Foundation (Guam Charter A-1594 and EIN 66-0809967) consists of the GNOSC Charitable Giving Committee and the GNOSC Scholarship Committee under the direction of its Officers. The Charitable Giving Committee will engage in fundraising to benefit local Guam and National military charities. The Scholarship Committee will engage in charitable fundraising to benefit the children and spouses of the Sea Services who are active duty, reserve, and retirees and living on the island of Guam.
