For abused, neglected and exploited adults who are referred by Adult Protective Services, courts, hospitals, others. Pre-guardianship investigations, emergency support to clients, preparation of guardian- ship case, attend hearing(s), prepare required reports for Court. Locate housing and other immediate needs for unbefriended clients. All services free of charge, except APS cases, and clients with assets or income above Medicaid eligibility standards.

In addition to, and in conjunction with, public education and offer resources about alternatives to guardianship; caregiving, other needs, to those who dont qualify for a guardianship or live outside our 8-county service area.
