Mission
The mission of the Guardians of the Children is to recognize and react to child abuse and educate the public to do the same; to serve as advocates to provide strength and stability to families in crisis and be an answer to the prayer of an abused child or teen for courage support and protection.
Programs

Adoptions are figurative but is an event in which the Guardians of the Children make a commitment to protect an abused child. After an adoption the Guardians of the Children attend court cases where the child has to testify to give the child support. There were over 20 children adopted in 2022.
Education services are designed to educate the public to recognize and react to child abuse. These sessions are open to the public and are held at libraries schools businesses and anywhere that the Guardians of the Children can make a positive impact on the community. Hundreds of people participated in GOC education sessions in 2022.
Family support is given to families that are victims of child abuse. We provide basic essentials including school supplies. Over 30 families were assisted in 2022.
