The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, educational and/or scientific purposes with the meaning of and in compliance with section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1986 as amended or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code for the benefit of to perform the functions of or to carry out the purposes of the cumberland county guidance center inc.
