Mission

GGF's mission is to raise awareness of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and the use of Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs). We do this through our free AED Placement, Hands-Only CPR and AED Training, and Awareness Programs. Our vision is to create a Culture of Action where communities are educated, confident and empowered to save the lives of individuals suffering from cardiac arrest. The foundation was established to honor the life of Gwyneth Morgan Griffin.

Programs

2 programs

CPR training- We trained 4,154 citizens in hands-only CPR at our hands-only training events. These free to the public events focused on CPR awareness and engaging those unfamiliar with CPR and the proper use of an automated external defibrillator (AED).

Expenses: $177K

Scholarships- Gwyneth's Gift Foundation awarded four $2,500 scholarships to graduating high school seniors for their higher education pursuits. The scholarships were awarded to seniors at Mountain View High School, Brooke Point High School, Stafford Senior High School, and North Stafford High School. Mountain View is the school from which Gwyneth would have graduated in 2017. These scholarships were given in her honor. The number and amount of scholarships awarded was based on available funding.
