Hh holdings (the corporation)is a supporting organization for halifax hospital medical center d/b/a halifax health (ein: 59-6001217). The corporation is formed for the specific purpose of providing health care services and establishing health care facilities in the community on its own, and in conjunction with others, in order to effectively meet the needs of the community served by halifax health. In that manner, the corporation will serve to promote the general health of the citizens of the district.
