Restore is a discount home improvement store-front operated by habitat for humanity lehigh valley that provides an environmentally and socially responsible way to keep good, reusable materials out of landfills. The organization accepts donations of new or gently used building materials, furniture, appliances, and home goods and resells them to the general public at reduced costs. Profit from the restore is returned to habitat for humanity lehigh valley to help fund homebuilding and home rehabilitation programs.
Family and volunteer services. Committees and other functions related to mentoring and selecting families for the program as well as volunteer services coordination, providing about 5,000 volunteer opportunities. The organization also manages a zero percent mortgage interest program.
