Home repair & microlending - we provide home repairs to existing homeowners who do not have the resources to make the repairs themselves. It is also used to modify a home to an adaptive use for the homeowner due to changes in their situation. In addition, we also provide microloans for families who need funding to make non-essential repairs on their homes or to purchase medical devices that allow them to stay in their homes.

Restore - the restores sell new and gently used building supplies, home goods, furniture and appliances at great discounts. Profits from the restores are used to continue our housing mission in southeast ohio. This year, we diverted over 800 tons of landfill waste, which provided goods to over 40,000 families; many of whom are low-income.
