Construction of Houses - Purchase of material and services to build houses with qualified families and volunteers. During the year construction was completed on one house and begun on one house.

Compensation of key employee - Payment for a part-time employee to oversee SVHFH's interactions with families we are building with, and have built with (e.g. receiving mortgage payments); to manage the office for organizational meetings and public interactions; to coordinate construction and other volunteers - all in support of building houses

Occupancy - building maintenance, property taxes and utilities for storage barn, office, houses

Payroll taxes - on office manager's pay

Insurance - storage barn, office and including liability to build houses

Legal Fees - related to land, houses & homeowners

Miscellaneous Fees - Fees paid to government agencies and professionals (e.g. surveyor) related to review of land, potential purchase of land and administration of mortgages

Payments to affiliates - To Habitat For Humanity International for (1) donation to build houses overseas and (2) to provide services to our affiliate, Scioto Valley HFH, to build houses locally.
