Habitat for humanitys neighborhood revitalization program is an umbrella for its array of home construction programs including building new homes or rehabbing existing homes for home ownership: providing critical home repairs to the major systems of the homes belonging to individuals and veterans; doing home preservation and maintenance; and weatherizing existing homes. All programs are for very low to moderate income families. No new homes were constructed during the fiscal year ended june 30, 2024

The organization purchases homes, remodels them and sells them to qualifying homeowners with low or no interest loans.
