Construction and repair program: during the fiscal year, space coast habitat for humanity completed 4 new homes and 10 additional homes in planning or construction phase. In addition to new construction, the organization completed 10 critical home repairs, helping preserve existing affordable housing and improve the safety and quality of life for current homeowners. As part of its sustainability initiatives, habitat diverted 404 tons of construction and household waste from local landfills.

Restore operations: space coast habitat for humanity operates the restore, a nonprofit retail thrift store that sells donated new and gently used furniture, appliances, building materials, and home improvement items to the public. The restore generates revenue to support habitat's mission while also reducing landfill waste. Inventory is sourced from donations by individuals, businesses, contractors, and other community partners. Revenue from donated goods is recognized at the time of sale.
