The organizations retail recycling facility, the ReStore, sells quality donated building materials at greatly discounted rates to all members of the general public. This project should allow low-income homeowners, in particular, the opportunity to save their homes from disrepair. The materials collected and funds raised increase the organizations home building capacity.
The organization builds affordable housing for qualified low income families in the Yuba Sutter Counties. The income of qualified families falls between 30% to 50% of the Countys AMI (as determined by HUD).Habitat for Humanity Yuba/Sutter supports the building of homes for families in need by Habitat for Humanity International.
