Home ownership - home ownership opportunity is created for a qualified family through new construction or rehab/recycle of an existing home. Affordable home ownership is provided by selling homes at appraised values with a 0% non-interest bearing note. Each note is held and serviced by hfhwc. In addition to the above revenue, this program also relies on revenue in the form of monetary and in-kind donations and grants.
