The purpose of the organization is to construct decent, affordable housing for low to moderate income families, and to show the love of jesus christ through action in the lubbock, texas area.

Habitat provides family support by guiding the families through the process of home ownership through home buyer workshops, homeowner calendars, habitat university (classes about homeownership, repairs, mortgage payments, taxes & insurance), and events for homeowners to network with one another.
The habitat restore sells new products and used donated items. Items are sold that cannot be used in the construction of habitat homes. The profit is used to support the mission of building homes for low income families.
