The Organization assists local, low-income residents in obtaining or maintaining ownership of affordable housing. This is accomplished by building or renovating homes that are sold at a cost that is affordable to the particular home buyer. The costs of construction and renovations are reduced by using volunteer labor, donated materials and services, and through "sweat equity". Habitat for Humanity Golden Empire provides Critical Home Repair Services for individuals and families in need.
