We are the mesilla valley habitat for humanity (an affiliate of habitat for humanity international), serving the greater las cruces are in dona ana county, new mexico. We have given a hand up (rather than a hand out) to 88 new home owners in our community and are building more homes each build year (october-may).

The organization opened in 2007 the habitat for humanity restore (restore), which sells donated and surplus building materials and other items at discount prices. The restore is operated for the sole purpose of generating funds to assist in habitat's main purpose of building homes.
