Offer youths of the halifax area the opportunity to experience the joy of sailing and to teach the essential elements of boat handling, seamanship and water safety skills. Provide a safe and nourishing environment for all sailors. Promote ethical behavior and teach life lessons in order to build character, foster teamwork, and strengthen respect for oneself, others and the marine environment.
