Metal Recycling- The Club strives to be a responsible corporate citizen and take steps to preserve the environment by recycling scrap metal. The small amount of revenue that results from the metal sales is used to support other philanthropic ventures such as habitat preservation for wildlife that populate the area.

Education and Instruction- The primary purpose of the Club is to promote safe and responsible participation and involvement in the shooting sports and outdoor activities such as wildlife conservation and habitat management. The public is invited to attend certain educational (Hunter Education, Junior Rifle Program and Guest Attendance) and competitive events (5 regularly scheduled shooting matches). Educational opportunities include Range Officer Training, Hunter Education and a library of periodicals relating to firearms and other outdoor activities. Public Sight In Days provide an opportunity for the public to attend the range on the weekend prior to the opening of deer season and engage with the Club members and other shooters to increase their knowledge base and hone their skills.
