The Hamilton County Schools Foundation (HCSF) was formed to cultivate philanthropy in support of the strategic initiatives of Hamilton County Schools, the public school district in Hamilton County, Tennessee. The mission of HCSF is to support educational opportunities and excellence for ALL students through the effective mobilization of resources, relationships, and innovation.
