Hamlin Collegiate Isd Education Foundation

The Hamlin Collegiate Education Foundation (HCEF) is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes to benefit the Hamlin Collegiate Independent School District (HCISD). Included in those purposes are the following: 1) provide funds, services, and property to supplement the teaching and service functions of HCISD; 2)make grants and donations for the purpose of furthering the educational objectives of HCISD; 3) Solicit, accept, administer, and disburse gifts, grants, property and services and hold property in trust for furthering the purpose of the (HCEF); receive government grants or other sources and disburse such grants for the support of education and educational projects of the HCISD.
