Mission
The hansford county library will provide and promote diverse and easily accessible materials, services and programs in an atmosphere that encourages the free flow of ideas to educate, entertain, enrich and inform local residents. Special emphasis is placed on providing current, high-demand, high-interest materials in a variety of formats for individuals of all ages; providing accurate, useful and timely information for job-related and personal interests; and encouraging young children to develop an interest in reading and learning. Hansford county library will provide open access to information for people of all ages from earliest childhood through maturity.
