Happy children resource center is a private, non-profit agency who aids in finding homes for children in foster care through the certification of foster parents. We accept challenging placements of minors with behavioral and emotional problems, late night placements, and the placements of sibling sets, all to provide loving and safe environments for the minors. We seek encouraging, caring, and safe families of all ethnicities and backgrounds to join us in our mission.
